Questions, answered.

The answers worth knowing before you commit credits.

01Can I use it without paying?

Yes. You can prepare a creative brief, compare model directions and copy prompts locally for free.

02Is a render guaranteed to match my reference?

No. Video models can change appearance, motion and details. Review outputs for accuracy and rights compliance.

03Will I be charged for prompt drafts?

Writing and editing a prompt manually is free. Optional AI planning proposes 4 credits from a prompt or 8 credits from a document, shown before confirmation. That feature stays disabled until its provider connection is verified. Video rendering is separately quoted and confirmed.

04Are credit prices different by country?

Credit pack prices are uniform USD. Taxes, local currency conversions and card fees may vary by location.

05Can I use AI actors or faces?

Only when your use complies with rights, consent, platform policies and applicable law. We do not provide an unrestricted impersonation tool.
